The process
Five steps. About four weeks. One piece worth keeping.
The materials and workflow have changed a little since 1994. The sculpting hasn't.
01
A simple kit arrives
One small box with everything needed for a classroom or family — impression material, a guide card, a return label. No mess, no setup time.
02
Children press their hands
A few minutes per child. Teachers handle it in a circle; parents do it on a kitchen table. The material captures every line.
03
You mail it back
Pop the impressions back in the box with the prepaid label. We track the package end-to-end so nothing gets lost.
04
Lance sculpts each keepsake by hand
This is the part that takes thirty years of practice. Each impression is cast, finished, and signed in the studio — one at a time.
05
It ships to each family
Parents receive their child's keepsake directly, packaged like a piece worth keeping. Turnaround: about four weeks from when we receive the impressions.
